HELP!! MY COMPUTER DOESN’T WORK!

 

1.      Check Connections.  Make sure everything is plugged in securely.

2.      Is it a printing problem from within CITRIX?  (If so, see note below.  If it’s not a printing problem, keep reading.)

3.      Shut machine completely down and reboot.

4.      Are you receiving error messages?  If so, please copy entire error message.

5.      Go ask your team mates if they are having the same problem.  If so, ask team leader to submit a work ticket. 

6.      If the problem is isolated to your machine and you have followed the steps above, submit a work ticket.

 

How Do I Submit A Work Ticket?

 

Go to:  http://www.baldwin-county-schools.com

On the right under Services, choose Tech Repair Links.

Choose Oak Hill Middle School.

 

 

 

Fill out form completely giving your complete email address, room number, and specifics of the problem.  If you are getting error messages, please copy the entire message into your ticket.
