At Creekside Elementary, Ms
Amason's Kindergarten and Coach Maz's 5th grade classes worked
collaboratively on creating Earth Bottles - part of the Kindergarten GPS to
learn about earth's makeup - 5th grade students assisted in scooping dirt,
rocks and seed into bottles with their Kindergarten "buddy"
Mrs. Dominy and Mrs. Wood's Kindergarten class at Eagle Ridge Elementary
School concluded a unit on 2-dimensional shapes with a safari hunt for
shapes. Pictured are students recording objects they see around them that
look like 2-dimensional shapes.
