Mrs. Larson's student
teacher, Miss Minyard completed an activity with her 1st
graders on the book Swimmy by Leo Leoni. She read the
book to the class and discussed ways people can work
together and get along. The children used sponges to paint
their own "Swimmy" and ate gummy fish as a snack.
