INVITATION TO BID

ITB # 12-600 Auto Collision Lab Equipment

The Baldwin County School District invites qualified firms to submit bids for Auto Collision Lab Equipment. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., May 23, 2012 at the Baldwin County School Board of Education, 110 North ABC Street, Ga. 31061.  The envelope containing your bid (1 original and 2 copies) shall be SEALED and plainly marked:

Due Date and Opening:  10:00 A.M. May 23, 2012

Bids must be submitted on the enclosed bid sheet and may be mailed to the address above or hand delivered to 110 North ABC St., Milledgeville, GA.

Baldwin County School District reserves the right to reject any and /or all proposals. The bid will be awarded to a single vendor with no guarantee to the number of items ordered.  Please bid brand indicated, no substitutions. Bids must be submitted on enclosed Bid Sheet.

All equipment awarded to the winning vendor must be delivered to Baldwin High School College and Career Academy, 155 Hwy. 49 West, Milledgeville, GA 31061 and invoiced to the Baldwin County School District before June 29, 2012.

Baldwin County School District will not be responsible for delays in delivery resulting from need to transport a bid from another location or error or delay on the part of any carrier.  Proposals received in the Baldwin County BOE Central Office after the published time and date will not be considered.
